Staying at this hotel feels like being in a dazzling place, with its excellent location near the railway station and metro, but the room conditions can make you uncomfortable with damp smells and exposed wires. The service is a mix of very helpful and friendly staff but also lacking in cleanliness with unwanted room guests like lizards and insects. The dining experience has some rough edges with cleanliness issues and limited TV channels, but the location is centrally convenient and away from noisy crowds.

The hotel gave me a taste of heritage charm, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The room was satisfactory once I moved to the 2nd floor, but a bit small considering the rates. A mixed bag yet a decent stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were okay after moving to the 2nd floor, neat, and clean with minor drawbacks like poor-quality plastic chair and table. The staff is fabulous and always ready to help. I will definitely visit here again soon. The pricing of around 1200 bucks was quite reasonable.
